This is an application form for the Rythu Bandhu scheme application form (Rythu Bandhu) issued by the Telangana government and this form can be downloaded from its Agriculture Department http://rythubandhu.telangana.gov.in/, or it can be directly downloaded from the link given at the bottom of this page. The Rythu Bandhu scheme's main goal is to provide financial assistance and security for the dependents/family members of the deceased farmer in the event of their death. The majority of farmers in Telangana are small and marginal, and farming is their sole source of income. The Government of Telangana has proposed the Rythu Bandhu scheme to provide Investment Support for Agriculture & Horticulture Crops by way of Rs. 5,000/- for each farmer per season to be used for inputs such as Seeds, Fertilizers and Pesticides.

Rythu Bandhu Scheme Eligibility

1. The farmer must reside in Telangana. 
2. The farmer must own some land. 
3. Pattadar Passbook Holders between the ages of 18 and 59 are eligible for the scheme. 
4. The insured will pay the nominee 5,00,000.
5. This sum will be deposited into his account within 10 working days. 
6. If a new farmer (Pattadar) is admitted to this scheme in the middle of a Policy Year the Govt will pay the full annual premium and provide the data to the corporation monthly. 
7. The sum assured for the new farmer is Rs 50,00,000.
8. The members' premium is Rs. 1925 per year per member, plus GST at the current rate of 18%.

The Chief Minister of Telangana K. Chandrashekar Rao launched the Rythu Bandhu Scheme to provide income assistance along with other benefits for landowners and farmers to perform various works. The Treasuries & Accounts Dept., Govt of Telangana, provides pesticides and insecticides to farmers to care for their crops. The farmers who cannot manage their finances will be provided with labor and other investments.

Rythu Bandhu has many benefits:

• Farmers will be provided with financial and social protection.

•  In the event of the death

• The government pays the entire premium to the LIC. 

• The government pays the premium. The LIC pays the premiums. 

• The nominee of the deceased farmer, in the event of his/her death (including natural causes), will receive the Rs.

•  The insured amount of Rs. 5 lakhs will be credited to the nominee's account in 10 days.
