Azkar Sabah PDF – Morning Remembrances in Islam: Begin Your Day with Barakah

In this blog, we’ll explore the meaning of Azkar Sabah, its importance in a Muslim’s daily life, some of the most authentic morning azkar, and how to incorporate them into your routine.

What is Azkar Sabah?

Azkar Sabah (أذكار الصباح) refers to the morning remembrances recited by Muslims after Fajr (the dawn prayer) or anytime during the early hours of the day until sunrise or before Dhuhr.

These azkar include:

  • Praises of Allah
  • Prayers for protection
  • Duas taught by Prophet Muhammad ﷺ
  • Verses from the Qur’an like Ayat al-Kursi and Surah Al-Ikhlas, Al-Falaq, and An-Naas

These remembrances serve as spiritual armor for the day ahead and help the believer remain connected with Allah throughout daily tasks.

Importance of Morning Azkar in Islam

The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ placed great emphasis on morning azkar. It’s not just a ritual—it’s a way to:

  • Protect yourself from harm and evil
  • Draw nearer to Allah
  • Receive blessings (barakah) in your time and actions
  • Strengthen your faith and mindfulness

Hadith on Morning Azkar:

حَسْبِيَ اللَّهُ لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ، عَلَيْهِ تَوَكَّلْتُ، وَهُوَ رَبُّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيمِ
(7 مرات في الصباح والمساء)

“Whoever says in the morning and evening: ‘Allah is sufficient for me, there is no god but He, in Him I place my trust, and He is the Lord of the Mighty Throne’ (7 times) – Allah will suffice him in all matters.”
(Sunan Abi Dawood)
