Transgender Couple Marriage Assistance Scheme 2025 Application form PDF: The Kerala government is going to provide financial assistance of 30 thousand rupees to legally married transgender couples in the state. Under this scheme, the Government of Kerala has also released an amount of three lakh rupees from the government fund for this.
Those who have legally tied the knot in the current financial year also. 30,000 can be given to 10 transgender couples. Kerala Transgender Couple Marriage Assistance Scheme 2025 aims to help transgender people to build a social life through marriage, one of the married couples’ parents must also be from the transgender community to get benefits under this scheme.

Criteria
- At least one partner must be a transgender individual.
- Must possess a valid Transgender Identity Card.
- Must be a resident of Kerala.
- Marriage must be legal (registered under a valid Act).

- No reports of the scheme being reused for a second marriage — ineligible if already availed before
Required documents
- Identity Card – Transgender Identity Card must be presented at the time of registration for the scheme
- Marriage certificate – to prove that the suitable couple is married and living together
- Details of Transgender Community – Candidate must belong to Transgender Community to get the benefit of the scheme
- Financial certificate _ For getting financial assistance under the scheme, the candidate has to produce a suitable income certificate after 6 months or before 1 year of marriage
- Residential Certificate – Only permanent candidates are eligible to get the benefit of the scheme
